About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our supply chain commerce technology. As a Senior IT Business Process Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements in support of ETS strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with decision makers, platform and process owners, and end users to document business, functional, and technical requirements for new or enhanced ETS processes.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Document business, functional, and technical requirements for new or enhanced ETS processes
Make recommendations to management for process adoption or adherence
Create process flows, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide ETS teams toward valuable solutions
Participate in design sessions for prototyping new systems and features
Make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of existing reporting capabilities
Collaborate in the planning, design, testing, and deployment of new system capabilities and end-user functionality

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business analysis and gathering requirements for software and process improvement implementations
3 years of experience supporting application software or IT implementations
2 years of experience preparing technical documents and topics to business stakeholders
Experience with data mapping is required

Preferred Requirements

Experience with core business processes across various functions, including ITSM, Finance, Accounting, HR, or CRM
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to be persuasive, encouraging, and foster team work to complete a common objective
Ability to be flexible while delivering assignments with an understanding that deliverables may change to align with business needs
Certification with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
Experience leading teams utilizing project management standards including agile methodologies
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Experience documenting business process flows using Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, or similar applications
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Be highly self-motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
Capable of working independently
Ability to receive the goals and objectives of the organization and develop an action plan through process design to achieve them
Excellent listening, interpersonal, and nonverbal skills including a strong customer service orientation
