About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation and processing of supplier part complaints on a national and international level, including necessary activities for preparation/processing of the complaint (e.g. checking inventory, conducting/requesting further investigations, etc.)
  • Setting, monitoring, and evaluating 8D reports from suppliers, as well as correcting and monitoring the effectiveness of measures
  • Cost monitoring within the scope of complaints, including creating debit notes
  • Creation of statistics for evaluating supplier quality
  • Preparation and conducting of supplier meetings regarding
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
