Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily quality issues associated with suppliers, facilitating improvement initiatives, and managing overall supplier performance to ensure high-quality standards in our products.Specialization: Experience managing suppliers of folding cartons, labels, printing, and paper stock is preferred for this role.

salary: $30 - $34 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day quality issues related to assigned suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal functions and partner with suppliers to proactively address quality risks and improve supplier processes and capabilities.
  • Execute oversight, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives across all commodities.
  • Ensure suppliers comply with specifications for new product launches and represent the Quality Assurance department in relevant meetings.
  • Implement and manage quality improvement initiatives and measure supplier performance against global and regional KPIs.
  • Provide reports on areas of concern to Senior Supplier Managers and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Conduct supplier risk assessments and collaborate with the QA Audit group to review audit results and follow up on CAPA plans.
  • Lead supplier onboarding processes and perform on-site training as defined by global procedures.
  • Liaise with Quality staff at manufacturing sites to identify quality trends and raise Quality Notifications (QNs).
