Quality Assurance Specialist

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Camden, AR team. This individual will provide technical support to the quality and quality engineering functions, conducting quality control inspections and analyzing statistical data to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control inspections on products, materials, components, and parts at various stages of the production process
  • Analyze statistical data from processes to confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations
  • Recommend new or enhanced methods, procedures, and standards
  • Oversee and monitor the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Leadership skills, batch testing, hazard analysis, and critical control points
  • Proficient in MS Office and PI251372522
