Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sales initiatives aimed at generating new business within the office and industrial moving sectors.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to gain insights into their relocation requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Perform site assessments and deliver precise relocation estimates to clients.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure the successful implementation of moving projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to showcase the company's offerings and generate leads.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's services, capabilities, and operational processes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the moving or logistics field.
  • In-depth knowledge of office and industrial moving processes and requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to conduct site visits and provide accurate relocation estimates.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong dedication to achieving sales objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently when necessary.
