Job Title: Director - HR Business Transformation Services

Join Capgemini, a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology. As a Director - HR Business Transformation Services, you will be part of our Business Services, Intelligent People Operations (IPO) team and work directly with our Market Units representing all our customer segments and other practices areas of Capgemini.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our practice leadership team in delivering to our clients, CHROs and their top-teams based primarily in the UK but also throughout Europe.
  • Responsible for supporting solution design for standard and complex deals and supporting requests for proposals as well as delivering end-to-end digital HR transformation in our product areas including our global process model and digital global enterprise model (D-GEM).
  • Deliver projects once they have been sold and in developing RFI / RFP responses from prospective warm clients.
  • Focus on HR Target Operating Model design including detailed HR process area design, transition phase support and HR operational continuous improvement as per the scope of solutions agreed with our clients.
Requirements:
  • Ability to influence at mid to senior business levels. VPs, HRBPs CoE leads, Advisor Partners, Client HR Community, Capgemini Bid teams.
  • Experience in working in global complex HR environment.
  • Strong knowledge of modern ERPs and Cloud Technology solutions (such like SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Strong presentation skills and project management ability.
  • Strong HR consulting skills.
  • Ability to travel at short notice (c.a. 50% for client meetings, client projects).
