Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Ambassador to join our team at See Rock City Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding guest service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with our company's mission and values.
  • Model excellent guest and partner interaction at all times, demonstrating our culture of excellence and leading by example.
  • Administer Guest Relations Desk responsibilities, including answering incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Sort and distribute daily mail and faxes, maintain lost and found items, and inventory and order office supplies as required.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Guest Experience Support Team, including receiving and fulfilling brochure requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our hospitality team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a guest/customer service environment preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality and ability to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to present a professional image to guests and partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Compensation

$12.95-$13.00 hourly wage.
