Key Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class service to every patient, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

• Promote our wellness services and packages to patients, highlighting the benefits of chiropractic care

• Utilize point-of-sale software to manage patient accounts and ensure accurate transactions

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, responding to their needs and concerns

• Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients to our clinics

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and support the growth of our business

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of professionalism and excellence

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues

• Proficiency in point-of-sale software and basic computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences
