Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, promoting our wellness programs, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients with a warm and welcoming smile, building rapport and trust with each individual
  • Educate patients on our wellness offerings and services, highlighting the benefits of regular chiropractic care
  • Utilize sales skills to promote our wellness plans and visit packages, ensuring patients receive the best possible care
  • Manage patient records, maintain accurate and up-to-date information, and ensure seamless communication with our healthcare team
  • Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients and grow our clinic's reputation
  • Assist with daily clinic operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring inventory is stocked and ready for use
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using office equipment, including computers, scanners, fax machines, and phone systems
  • Able to work weekends and evenings, as required, and maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our patients

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16-$18, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
