Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, building rapport and trust
  • Educate patients on our wellness offerings and services, highlighting the benefits of chiropractic care
  • Utilize sales skills to convert patients to our wellness plans or visit packages, ensuring they receive the best possible care
  • Manage patient transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients and grow our clinic
  • Contribute to a positive and healthy work environment, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and decorum
Requirements:
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred)
  • Cheerful and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings, as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use office equipment
