Job Title: Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and doctors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, ensuring they feel at home and comfortable in our clinic.
  • Educate patients on our wellness offerings and services, including our various plan and package options.
  • Assist patients with completing required paperwork and transactions using our point of sale software.
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to help attract new patients to our clinics.
  • Manage daily clinic operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring inventory is stocked.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn our clinic's software systems.
