Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to assist with our daily shipment and warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating logistics, fulfilling orders, and maintaining warehouse organization.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. The salary for this position is approximately $62,000 per year, based on a $15 hourly wage. The location of this job is in-office at Impilo's Bridesburg, Philadelphia facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the fulfillment of medical device orders and warehouse operations
- Coordinate logistics, including inbound and outbound calls to patients and customers
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Ensure warehouse organization and inventory control
- Perform quality assurance tasks, including cleaning and testing devices
- Participate in warehouse maintenance tasks, such as trash removal and sweeping
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 1-50 pounds regularly and stand for long periods
