Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at The Fountain Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the receipt, handling, storage, and documentation of raw materials, components, supplies, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Material Handlers in all aspects of receipt, handling, storage, and documentation of raw materials, components, supplies, and finished products.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including fork trucks and pallet jacks, to ensure efficient movement of goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by performing regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, floor scrubbing, and dusting.
  • Responsible for adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining required technical training on SOPs and certifications, such as cGMP and HAZMAT.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in Shipping and Receiving.
  • Previous experience in biologics/pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar cGMP regulated environments.
  • Forklift certification is a plus, or prior forklift operation experience.
  • SAP experience or other computer systems for tracking inventory is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive, and self-motivated individual.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
