The City of Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Interagency Logistics Coordinator to join its Office of Emergency Management (OEM). As a key member of the Logistics Program, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring the city's operational readiness through coordination, communication, and vigilance.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Bolster and utilize tracking methods to analyze asset usage and identify trends for planned and unplanned events.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policy, and procedures to support resource requests processes.
  • Support and facilitate resource requests for pre-planned and notice events, including tracking and documentation of resources.
  • Serve as OEM Quartermaster for uniforms and other issued items in support of field response activities.
  • Represent OEM Logistics in meetings, workgroups, site visits, and other activities related to event execution.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in project and organizational management.
  • Ability to operate in chaotic or uncertain environments.
