Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team in Durham, NC. As a Nurse Practitioner in Hematology/Oncology, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our tele-oncology program.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive patient care in Hematology/Oncology, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with cancer and blood disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in tele-oncology consultations and provide expert advice to patients and healthcare providers.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Masters Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- At least 24 months of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or in training within the last 36 months.
