About the Role

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mobile geriatric physicians, identifying new business opportunities, and presenting our services to potential clients. As a key member of our team, you will focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market presence in your assigned territory.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager who has at least two years of sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare sales. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Additionally, you should be able to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in your assigned territory.\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, with a focus on mobile physicians specializing in geriatric care.\
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.\
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our diagnostics services.\
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.\
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities.\
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on service usage and best practices.\
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing concerns.\

What We Offer

As a Sales Account Manager at Rocky Mountain Laboratories, you will receive a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus bonus structure details provided by the hiring manager. Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and HSA. New benefits available January 1st, 2025 include short-term disability, long-term disability, and voluntary life insurance AD&D.
