We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at the Brave Thinking Institute. As a key member of our Enrollment Department, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategy, and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales development, business and leadership, and personal development. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be goal-driven, and have a high level of personal integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing to ensure the team remains competitive and effective
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales development, business and leadership, and personal development
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
- Goal-driven and results-oriented, with a high level of personal integrity
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly, with proficiency in tools such as Asana, Google Apps, and Zoho CRM
Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $100,000+ in commissions, plus benefits including PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan.
