The Department of Pediatric Endocrinology at Texas Children's Hospital is in search of a highly skilled Endocrinologist to join our esteemed team. Our department is dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and adolescents, ensuring that we equip our providers with the necessary support, resources, and education to deliver outstanding patient care.

This position presents a unique opportunity to be involved in the establishment and growth of a brand-new medical facility, designed to meet the needs of the expanding population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion quality and safety while promoting clinical excellence and innovation.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of the new facility.
  • Provide comprehensive treatment for patients with endocrine disorders.
  • Join as one of the founding physicians, benefiting from the resources of a nationally recognized children's hospital.
  • Experience rapid professional growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a pediatric medical center or specialty care unit handling complex pediatric cases.
  • Familiarity with pediatric specialty hospitals and multidisciplinary care across NICU, PICU, and critical care divisions.
  • All experience levels are welcome to apply, as we anticipate swift growth of the facility.
  • An academic background suitable for an assistant or associate professor position is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • A history of research participation and authorship in relevant publications is desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a pioneering spirit, adaptable to the challenges of establishing a new facility.
  • Applicants must hold an M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree, and be board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology.
  • Eligibility for an active Texas medical license is required.
