Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of pediatric care professionals. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise and dedication will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
