We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our medically fragile patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
