Position Overview:
Korn Ferry is seeking a highly qualified Pediatric Gastroenterology Specialist to enhance our team. This role focuses on advanced interventional endoscopy, providing a unique opportunity to lead in pediatric gastrointestinal health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced interventional endoscopic procedures, including:
- Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
- Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
- Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR)
- Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD)
- Balloon-assisted enteroscopy
- Endoscopic hemostasis
- Foreign body removal
- Endoscopic dilation
- Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tube placement
- Endoscopic cyst gastrostomy
- Endoscopic variceal band ligation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including gastroenterologists, surgeons, and radiologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Practice autonomously while engaging with other specialists to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in Clinical Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition.
- Completion of advanced fellowship training in Pediatric Interventional Endoscopy or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in performing complex interventional endoscopic procedures.
- Eligibility for Texas medical licensure.
