About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. You will support the Restaurant Manager in managing staff, maintaining high guest service standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing staff and activities to ensure a pleasant guest experience and efficient operations.
  • Apply high guest service standards and assume Restaurant Manager responsibilities to cover hours of operation.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Any combination of post-high school restaurant education and/or restaurant experience to equal five years.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities or two years supervisory experience.
  • Beginning experience with word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, electronic mail software, and restaurant-specific software.
  • Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
