Lead Our Automotive Repair Team
AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Team Lead to join our team in Clifton Heights, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring our repair technicians, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are completed accurately and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor repair technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Verify that all repairs and maintenance are completed according to manufacturer-designed procedures or accepted industry practices.
- Ensure that all repairs are properly completed by re-testing repaired systems to ensure proper function and road testing vehicles as necessary.
- Accurately complete paperwork, including repair information on work orders and information for state and emission inspections.
- Assist in the hiring and evaluation of repair technicians and training and development of repair technicians and service advisors.
- Open and close the car care store and ensure adequate scheduling.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in automotive technology or ASE certification a plus).
- 4 years' experience in the automotive repair industry.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- The ability to complete a satisfactory pre-employment screening if offered the position.
