We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations Home Health to join our team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home health services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients and meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the local provider(s) in delivering exceptional care to the community, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Ensure the execution of operations is completed daily, managing operations, services, personnel performance, and office management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Must be a licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor's degree.
- Must have demonstrated experience in health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license and maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- A licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or a licensed nursing home administrator with at least one year of management and supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Previous experience in a home health care or hospice program is preferred.
