Objetivo:
Gestionar con precisión las consultas entrantes y salientes (es decir, correo electrónico, fax, llamadas telefónicas, etc.), que incluyen, entre otros, la contratación de productores y los pagos de comisiones/bonificaciones. El desafío de esta posición es resolver la consulta del cliente de manera oportuna y precisa, mejorando su experiencia de servicio.
Responsabilidades:
- Recibir y procesar llamadas y correos electrónicos entrantes de productores y socios internos, proporcionando información precisa sobre los procesos de licencias y contratación, así como los requisitos pendientes.
- Educar a los agentes sobre el proceso de pago de comisiones, incluyendo cálculos de comisiones, horarios e información de estados de cuenta, así como montos y opciones de pago.
- Completar transacciones ACH y de transferencia para pagos de comisiones, cambios en métodos de pago, auditoría de comisiones y envío de estados de cuenta de comisiones a los productores.
- Formular comunicaciones con los clientes a través de diversos canales (llamadas, correos electrónicos, etc.) y documentar adecuadamente la correspondencia en los sistemas.
Calificaciones y Experiencia:
- Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
- Se prefiere título universitario.
- Capacidad intermedia a avanzada para navegar por sistemas informáticos (bases de datos internas) con asistencia mínima requerida.
- Mínimo de dos años de experiencia en servicio al cliente en las áreas de Licencias y Contratación o Compensación dentro de la Industria de Seguros de Vida o Anualidades, preferido.
- Conocimiento práctico de productos y procesos de seguros, particularmente en torno a Licencias, Contratación o Comisiones, preferido.
- Comprensión demostrada y experiencia laboral con regulaciones relacionadas con contratos de seguros, preferido.
- Capacidad demostrada y probada para entender preguntas complejas, interpretar solicitudes y hacer preguntas incisivas para el análisis de causas raíz.
- Capacidad demostrada para utilizar métodos verbales o escritos de manera efectiva, explicando conceptos y procesos intermedios a complejos a una base de clientes diversa.
- Capacidad demostrada para priorizar múltiples responsabilidades y trabajar en un entorno de servicio al cliente intensivo en tiempo.
