Sales Development Representative

CivicMinds, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Conduct thorough research on potential customers to identify key decision-makers and tailor your approach to their specific needs.
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify new sales opportunities.
- Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Develop and execute a plan to increase sales revenue from existing customers.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience
- At least 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
