Job Summary

CivicMinds, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Conduct thorough research on potential customers to identify key decision-makers and tailor your approach to their specific needs.
    • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Account Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
    • Develop and execute a plan to increase sales revenue from existing customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
