TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is looking for a Site Leader to oversee operations in a designated location.

Role Overview

The Site Leader is responsible for ensuring the delivery of Quality services and support for all assigned operations.

Provide effective leadership and direction to team members engaged in various tasks.

Foster a positive and efficient working environment at the site.

Ensure compliance with all organizational and client standards.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Site Manager or Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Business Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site staff.
  • Engage in daily communication with various stakeholders at the site.
Operational Management
  • Organize and oversee operational tasks.
  • Manage staffing for various operations.
  • Train and assess inspectors.
  • Coordinate adjustments in operations as needed.
  • Identify, label, and verify nonconforming materials.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of operations.
  • Perform visual, mechanical, and functional checks to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Make independent decisions in complex situations.
  • Step in as an inspector when necessary.
  • Commit to minimizing workplace hazards.
  • Adhere to local and company health and safety regulations.
Organizational Management
  • Ensure all site personnel receive essential corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to address performance and attendance issues.
  • Act as a liaison between the Site Manager and inspectors.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and approval of inspector hours.
  • Establish and maintain a 5S work environment.
Technical Responsibilities
  • Update daily entries in company and client systems.
  • Generate and maintain reports for clients and the company.
  • Utilize web portals for necessary audits and documentation.
  • Resolve issues related to process flow with suppliers and clients.
  • Create electronic work instructions and navigate company and client websites.
Additional Duties
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Essential Skills
  • Fluency in English.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Skilled in using various measuring instruments.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • At least 1 year in a quality-related role preferred.
Educational Qualifications
