Position Overview
TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is on the lookout for a Quality Operations Manager to oversee our site operations in Blue Springs, MS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality services and support are provided for all assigned operations.
  • Leadership: Offer direction and mentorship to team members engaged in various tasks.
  • Positive Environment: Foster a constructive and efficient atmosphere at the site.
  • Compliance: Uphold all company and client standards and protocols.

Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Site Manager or Site Supervisor.

Client Relations & Business Development
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients and site staff.
  • Engage in daily communications with stakeholders at the site level.

Operational Oversight
  • Organize and manage operational missions.
  • Recruit and train staff for missions.
  • Supervise and validate the performance of inspectors.
  • Implement changes in operational missions as necessary.
  • Identify and manage nonconforming materials.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of operations.
  • Perform various inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Make informed decisions in subjective scenarios.
  • Step in as an inspector when needed.
  • Commit to minimizing workplace accidents and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Organizational Management
  • Ensure all personnel receive essential corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to address performance and attendance matters.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Site Manager and inspectors.
  • Monitor and approve inspector time entries.
  • Maintain a well-organized 5S working environment.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Update daily records in company and client systems.
  • Generate and maintain reports for clients and the company.
  • Utilize web portals for necessary audits and documentation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and clients to resolve process-related issues.
  • Create electronic work instructions and navigate various web platforms.

Additional Duties
Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred, along with experience in quality-related positions.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
