About the Role

The Magnolia at Oxford Commons is dedicated to providing exceptional senior living experiences. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes resident-centered care. This role requires a compassionate and caring individual who can provide physical and psychosocial support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor residents' physical condition and cognitive/emotional status, reporting any changes to Wellness Director or supervisor.
  • Participate in staff meetings and mandatory in-services to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
