Job ResponsibilitiesCertified Nurse Assistant Role
As a key member of our wellness team, your primary responsibility is to provide physical and psychosocial care to all residents, promoting dignity, choice, and individuality. You will work collaboratively with peers and other team members to ensure high-quality care and services are provided.

Key duties include:

  • Providing necessary care and services to assigned residents, assisting other wellness department associates as needed
  • Maintaining professional demeanor at all times when interacting with residents and families
  • Reporting any suspected or witnessed instances of verbal, mental, or physical abuse to licensed staff immediately
  • Utilizing safe transfer techniques when assisting residents with mobility
