**Competitive Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year (estimated based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals to assist our residents with their daily needs, providing personalized support and promoting their independence. As a Caregiving Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and respectful environment, ensuring the highest quality of care and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care
  • Support residents with mobility issues, including transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
  • Participate in resident recreation programs and engage in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation
  • Serve and assist with meals, offering fluids and monitoring food and fluid intake
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe living environment, including changing linens and assisting with housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
