RN - Inpatient Rehab Specialist

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Inpatient Rehab department at Providence Medford Medical Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
