We invite current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Medford Medical Center. This program provides an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.

Program Highlights
  • Structured curriculum and simulation-based training

As a Providence RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Clinical Decision Unit, Inpatient Rehab, and Float Pool. All openings will require scheduling on rotating weekends.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred qualification: National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
