RN - Inpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
