Oversee and manage Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) operations on construction sites.

Facilitate coordination and collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Track and assess the advancement of M&E tasks in alignment with project timelines.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.

Evaluate and authorize design plans and specifications pertinent to M&E activities.

Address and resolve any complications or challenges that may occur during the construction phase.

Conduct frequent site evaluations to guarantee quality and compliance with project specifications.

Compile and present progress reports to project management.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of M&E activities.

Qualifications:
Possess a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E operations, ideally in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems.

Strong understanding of M&E processes and construction methodologies.

Familiarity with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Capability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
