Job Description

A minimum diploma in Architecture or construction trade is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of three years of experience with architecture detailing, and facade.
  • Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Effective communication in both English and Chinese, both orally and in writing.
  • Prepare shop drawings, cutting lists, and coordinate with the Factory and project teams.
  • Attend meetings with main, architect & client.
  • Monitor weekly progress of submission and approval status.
  • Determine results orientated and can work on tight schedules.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proactive with virtue and the right attitude to grow.
  • Structure engineer background is an advantage.
