Job Summary

The Service Advisor Assistant position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences at Foundation Automotive Corp. This role involves interacting with customers to assess their vehicle service needs, providing recommendations for additional services, and preparing repair orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with service technicians and the parts department to ensure timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and confirm appointments with customers to expedite their service experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through friendly and timely greetings.
  • Evaluate vehicle service needs based on customer information and a thorough vehicle inspection.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to assist customers in planning for ongoing vehicle maintenance.
  • Produce detailed repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient work completion.
  • Notify customers of any changes to estimates or promised completion times, providing detailed explanations and obtaining necessary authorization.
  • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle, meeting their specified requirements.
  • Deliver a positive vehicle delivery experience for customers.
  • Achieve exceptional customer service standards by meeting or exceeding district CSI scores.
  • Establish personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to meet those goals.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Protect dealership assets and customer data.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively assist customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Complete assigned training through the company training portal.
  • Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule.
  • Exhibit ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions, upholding the Foundation Automotive brand.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe and responsible manner.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Capacity to meet or exceed sales quotas according to dealership standards.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
