About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Mike Maroone Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Inspect vehicles and identify areas for additional repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to explain vehicle diagnoses and required repairs
  • Stay up-to-date with new technical information and technology through manufacturer training
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an A-level technician, preferably with General Motors or other domestic experience
  • Ability to use shop equipment, including diagnostic and alignment equipment
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years
  • Desire to provide exceptional customer service and quality work
