Position Overview:

As a key member of the branch team, the Financial Solutions Guide (FSG) engages with members and potential members to provide account services, financial advice, and tailored financial solutions. The FSG plays a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for every member, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for Elevations Credit Union and embody our core values: Integrity, Respect, Passion, Creativity, and Excellence.
  • Provide exceptional service to members using the PEAK't Service model, ensuring professionalism and care while exploring relevant solutions.
  • Process consumer loan applications, analyze credit reports, and promote relevant Elevations products and services.
  • Assist with account maintenance, including account openings and closings, online banking support, and transaction processing.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with members and the community to enhance member acquisition and drive revenue.
  • Ensure operational excellence by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the Credit Union.
Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Branch Manager and does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution
  • At least 1 year of lending experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Current notary certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in consumer and business lending
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with a monthly bonus available
  • Certification as a Credit Union Financial Counselor (CUFCC)
Work Environment:

This role requires the use of a personal smartphone for multi-factor authentication. The position is office-based and involves standard office equipment.
Physical Demands:

The role involves frequent sitting, occasional walking, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Position Type:

This is a full-time position with various work hour options available.
Compensation:

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
