Job Summary:

As a Receptionist at Front Porch Communities and Services, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors

Direct calls and messages to the appropriate person or department

Greet visitors, screen them in the lobby if necessary, and provide assistance as needed

Operate a multi-line telephone console, take messages, and record important information

Perform various administrative tasks, including cash handling, selling stamps and meal tickets, and making guest room reservations

Monitor fire alarms, call 911 if necessary, and direct emergency personnel

Maintain accurate records and reports, including key tracking and safety hazards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change

Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
