Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our warehouse leadership team, you will be responsible for handling all administrative duties related to receiving, storing, maintaining, shipping, and invoicing our customers' inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the warehouse leadership team, associates, and customers to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Process and manage customer orders, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service or related work experience.
- Microsoft Office software and data entry skills.
- Warehouse Management System (AS400) experience.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
