Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at AmeriVet Services LLC. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client relationships, scheduling appointments, and communicating with clients regarding their pets' care and treatment.
  • Process payments, manage client records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures, client service representative duties, and telephone techniques.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing 40 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 40 pounds with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to type 45 words per minute.
