As a Leaves Specialist at Professional Transportation Inc, you will be responsible for processing and tracking leaves of absence for the company, as well as assisting with other related Employee Benefits functions. This role requires a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage disability/leave of absence processes with employees for FMLA, STD/LTD, Personal Leaves, etc.
- Coordinate with HR and management on leaves eligibility and return to work status.
- Provide basic support for employee benefits, such as inquiries surrounding the administration of benefit policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1+ years of demonstrated Human Resources and/or Leaves/Benefits experience.
- Strong customer-centered service philosophy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced business environment.
