LPN - LTC-LPN Specialist

White Glove Placement is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in a long-term care setting. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years recent LPN experience
- Certification in BCLS
