Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute program strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting strategic and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including project managers, project leaders, and project support staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Project Management certification is required.
  • Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and 8+ years managing projects.
