About the Role

Lululemon Athletica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced iOS Technology Manager to lead our development team in delivering high-quality iOS applications. As a key member of our Global Digital Technology organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of our iOS application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Set clear objectives and provide guidance to team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project requirements and scope
  • Drive the development process, including coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes
  • Manage project timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in iOS development and technology
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in iOS development and 2+ years experience in a leadership or manager role
  • Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode, as well as iOS frameworks such as UIKit and CoreData
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Experience in working in an agile development environment
  • Proven track record of delivering successful iOS applications from concept to launch
  • Comfortable working in complex and large-scale production environments
