About the Role

The ReDCo Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Worker to join our team. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Care and Support: Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, to promote their independence and well-being.
  • Administer Medications and Monitor Health Conditions: Safely administer medications and monitor health conditions to ensure the overall health and safety of our clients.
  • Implement Individualized Care Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to all relevant health and safety standards.
