About the Role

This position involves providing one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-24 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral disturbances. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will work closely with a Behavioral Consultant to develop and implement treatment plans that promote independent functioning and reduce the need for service intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral and treatment interventions to clients in their homes, schools, or service locations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families to ensure effective service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Behavioral Consultant to create and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Travel to client locations daily to provide services and support
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid PA Driver's License and car insurance
  • Ability to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI Clearances
  • CPR/First Aid training (must include infant/child) or ability to obtain
