Family Support Services Coordinator

As a Family Support Services Coordinator, you will operate under the direct oversight of the Family Support Unit Director, concentrating on conducting risk and safety evaluations, maintaining progress documentation, crafting service plans, and fulfilling all necessary program paperwork.
Your role will involve delivering clinical, behavioral, and psycho-educational treatment strategies based on thorough assessments carried out through family and group therapy sessions, as well as supervised visitation. This approach is designed to empower families by equipping them with essential skills for effective familial interactions.
This position may require the transportation of clients and families within the designated community.

Do You Meet These Qualifications?
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Family Studies, or a related Human Services field; OR
- Associate's Degree in a Human Services field with at least two (2) years of experience working with children and families; OR
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in child and family services.
All candidates must pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
