The Customer Service Representative position is a key role within Heilind Electronics, responsible for providing essential support to the Inside Sales Staff and Branch Management Team. This role is designed to help individuals learn the key areas of our business and position themselves for future growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide order entry and maintenance support, as well as reporting and backlog review services.
- Administer spreadsheets and provide overall support for branch administrative needs.
- Offer backup support for the sales team on customer needs and help grow sales with certain accounts.
- A strong predictor of success for this role is the ability to manage multiple daily tactical priorities at a quick pace.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building solid relationships with customers, people, and suppliers.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word is required.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices and procedures is necessary.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong organization skills are also required.
The employee will be required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers.
Working ConditionsThe position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
